And cancel the reservation they did not. I ended up having to pay for $282 for 2 nights. And did not even stay at the property. I paid to stay somewhere else. So I paid twice as……

“We stayed at the Mermaid Beach Hotel over the Christmas period. Jude our host was wonderful and I cannot speak more highly of her. However, we were very disappointed with the property itself. We booked this hotel as it was advertised that it included a beachside restaurant and bar. However, this was not the case and the hotel restaurant and bar was shut the entirety of our stay (except for when they opened for a private corporate Christmas party that went until 2am).
