“Loved this centrally located place. It was nestled between Jamestown and Williamsburg. The accommodations were very clean and provided everything we needed.”

“The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. The interior of the house is amazing with much of the furniture handmade by the owner……

“My husband and I stayed for the weekend for our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, smelled great, and looked well kept up. Although we didn’t use them, it seemed to have everything you already need to cook as well (pots, silverware, utensils, etc). I can’t speak for the club amenities since we didn’t use them but the registration staff were wonderful. My only regret is not staying here longer!”

“The beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely stocked. Handicap accessible kitchen! Clean bathrooms. Dates carpet throughout. AC didn’t work. They were supposed to send someone over to look at it but I don’t to j they did (at least while we were there. The coffee machine leaked but they did offer to bring a new one to us which was nice (we decided to just go to Starbucks so we told them they didn’t have to). The check-in process took quite a while and is very time-share-ish. You have to decline……

“It was a beautiful condo the amenities were amazing the pools were great and the daily itinerary was awesome to my only problem was all those ants being in my room that was annoying but overall I would do it again”
