“La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire………

“Im August 2024 haben wir für 2 Wochen in der Casa Lautone unsere Ferien verbracht. Unser großzügiges Appartement war im 3. Stock, welches über einige Treppen (insgesamt 56 Stufen) zu erreichen ist. Außerdem im Erdgeschoss ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine weitere Küche. Draußen gibt es zwei Bereiche mit Tischen und Stühlen. Dazu einen großen Aufstell-Pool. Im 1. It's easily accessible to Rome and we often drove to Ribbibia Metro station which was an hours drive and then 20mins into the heart of Rome. Also an hour's drive to HydroMania water park. The local village of Casaproto was about 5 mins walk and was a beautiful local village. The property itself was traditional and on the basic side, but cosy none-the-less.
