“Enjoyed our stay”

“Lori, the host, could not have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating! She is truly a kind and helpful person.This place was ideal. We are 3 old friends who were interested in riding ATVs around the local trails. We were able to ride from the cabin. Everything inside worked, and we had no problems. The place was very comfortable and relaxing. As others have said, the bathroom is small, but hey, get in and out. The shower had plenty of water pressure and an ample supply of hot……

“We absolutely loved this tiny home. It was the perfect homebase for our ski adventure in Taos. The house provided plenty of space for what we needed as a family of 4 (including 2 teenage boys). The owners went above and beyond providing everything we needed during our stay. We were thankful to have a 4 wheel drive because the driveway was a dirt road, but it wasn’t anything the 4 wheel drive couldn’t handle. We highly recommend this cozy home!”

“We loved this little cabin in the woods south of Taos. We stayed almost a month, and are planning to do it again. It is perfect for two, but can also accommodate a family. We particularly enjoyed the two decks, being in the trees, and fly fishing in the adjacent creek (the Rio Grande de Ranchos). While in a small community of houses with friendly neighbors, it is at the end of the road and affords lots of privacy. It was super clean and the host is very responsive. ”

“Go to bed at sunset, get up at sunrise. No noisy alarms, rest in your sleeping bag on top of the mattress, build a fire in the old cast-iron stove if needed, wave at your neighbor, but leave them alone. Great sky views, Perhaps especially at night. Zillions of stars come out. Highly recommended place for a solo retreat, as I took.”

“The property was very cute. We enjoyed our stay in the Castia. The only downfall was that they allowed dogs, but you couldnt leave them in the house..Besides the place was very comfy.”

“The cabin is exceptionally well appointed and decorated with exquisite taste and attention to details, fully equipped with anything one can need. The insulation/heating system allows to maintain optimal temperature with zero noise so the cabin is really quiet. Location is nice and only 3-4mins away from the lifts. Highly recommended!!!”
