It is apparent that Expedia does not have feet on the groubd at rheir properties and simply uses AI or accepts any applicant.
This property was very tumble down, so much so that after dealing with a difficult front desk person and driving around the poperty to park by my rented room, I decided to leave immediately.
The front desk person "said" they cancelked my reservation. Then the man said, "If you want a refund, call Expedia. He then refused*** to give me any reciept, even though I said he could keep the money, I just wanted a reciept to be sure I got my hundred dollar deposit back as promised. He said, "Your account is Zero, Zero. He would not clarify that and refused ANY type of reciept. The whole thing was very shady on top of being a dilapidated property.
What are you doing, Expedia?
