After departure there is no way to find a telephone number for the front desk. I left an item in my room and I had no way of contacting front desk to arrange it's return, etc.

This property is not being properly maintained and the whole second floor appeared to be not in use as there was a boarded up gate in front of the stairs. The window to our room had a crack that had been taped. Very disappointing.

The property is run down. Bugs in room. Sink handle broke off. No breakfast even though guide states so. Ice machine but no vending machine so had to get water from a grocery store when it opened.

Hotel is run down and has very minimal upkeep. Advertised as having a pool, which they have an empty pool with weeds growing in the bottom. Room was not very clean, mirror was broken, picture was missing, holes in drywall were patched but not repainted, hairs on sheets, coffee maker in room did not work, no such breakfast as advertised, very noisy and could hear whenever water was running in other rooms. Camping in a tent would have been a better choice. Definitely not a place I would stay at again.

Quality inn is Dirty on the outside,Parking lot is crumbling full of potholes. Exterior of the building needs to be replaced. I wish I would have taken a Picture.but, it was getting dark. This Motel should not even be on this site. I question if this place is up to code. Stay at Express Holiday Inn across the street..

The pictures of this property do not represent this property. Itis worst than a flop house in the getto. Quality Inns need to condem this property and Expedia should remove it from thier listings. Dirty, Smelly and nooisy. Almost called the police becauethe front desk refused to answer a 3 hour arguement in the room next to us.

No maid service for 3 days. Weak Wi-Fi. Nice fridge and freezer, microwave, and huge walk in shower with great water pressure. Funny smell in room and outside looks a little run down. Friendly staff.

The Expedia listing claimed there was a swimming pool, but when I arrived I found the pool empty and closed. If there's no pool anymore then fine, but it's false advertising for Expedia to list one.

Staff was nice, room was pretty clean. No breakfast, the pool was shut down and absolutely no cell phone service in the room. TV was good though.

The property had cockroaches, the linens were not as white clean as you would expect, the lighting in the room was dim, the surrounding property is falling apart that some areas didn’t look safe. Bed frame is metal so it was a bit noisy. Toilet bowl is tired and not as clean as it should be. Curtains could use a little sprucing up. Bed sheets and blanket are thread bare thin. Check-in staff is nice enough but not the most engaging.

The property was very run down. Minimal repairs done to building. No breakfast, no pool. My room did not have a dead bolt and a cracked window. My friends outlets didn't work. The whole upstairs is blocked off and looks unstable. Staff was hard to understand.
