“Came for soccer tournament. Great location. Great neighborhood. Nice house layout. Dated but maintained. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Not super stocked, but has essentials. Close to town but out of the bustle. Don’t expect new, modern or shiny and you will be pleased. I would stay again and recommend. Super comfy for 6.”

“This property was just as comfortable and clean as described. The kitchen was perfect for baking birthday cupcakes with my granddaughter. The house was well-appointed and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom towels were soft and thirsty. Ram was just great. We arrived after 11 pm and was very responsive to my text asking for help with the entry system. (User error :) We will be back!”

“Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. Beds were not to firm but could use a pillow top if your a side sleeper. We would highly recommend this home to anyone & will return there ourselves in the……

“The property is perched on a hillside with a view of the lake and surrounding woods! Gorgeous! We had our privacy which is important to us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong and pool table! The Jacuzzi was clean and located on the back balcony, which is ideal. The master bathroom has a steam shower, absolutely wonderful. The house does have minor repairs that are needed that would enhance the stay. The house is located near Incline Village and a 13 min drive to Sand Harbor beach. Unfortunately……

“Our family of 4 adults stayed here for two nights. We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. We were there in mid-October and it felt peaceful, quiet, and private, which we loved. Throughout the house there were cute curiosities that added a lot of character. “Pros: Spacious Home, Clean/good bathrooms, Good location, Good communication from host service with clear instructions.Cons: Bad/low lighting in family/main room. Old/outdated couch. Terrible spring mattresses in some rooms. Adequate kitchen. Mixed feelings about this home. “Easy to find and access. Check-in instructions were helpful. Place was great location for access to Incline Village (especially grocery store) and places like Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, and hiking off Mt. Rose Highway. The hot tub was appreciated after physical activities for sure. We had a few summer storms so did not use the BBQ or fire pit, maybe next time!!
