The management located in the garage of the hotel was all about money and not about delivering good customer service. We reserved a five day stay online on Expedia and was given the option to pay at the hotel upon check in. We paid for five days at the hotel when we checked in. The managers (there were two men in the office who said that they were managers) took our payment for five days and purposely did not mentioned that they would charge us for the previous day that we reserved but could not check in. We reserved for five days, Sunday check in and check out on Saturday but actually checked in on Monday. At the end, the managers said that we reserved but did not show on Sunday so we needed to pay for an extra day. We were charged for a Sunday stay but did not stay at the hotel on Sunday. Since we planned to stay for five days we were forced to pay for an additional day. We paid for six days but only stayed for five days. We were not told in advance or at check in of this additional day charge and was sent an email on the day before check out telling us that we had to check out immediately or had to pay an additional day to remain at the hotel. As a family with children, we were put in a difficult take it or leave it position and were taken advantage of. We were ripped off by the managers.
As visitors from the US, We would not recommend this hotel to any American visitors to Columbia.
