“So let me first start by saying this was a wonderful, new and modern apartment. The host was extremely accommodating, easy to communicate with, and everything was automated for self check-in. The accommodations were spectacular, very clean and modern. The surrounding area is amazing with Close by walks to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The only downside, however, is the area of Cartagena, which has at times and order in the air due to the pollution. However, by no means, am I not……

“We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk down to the nice swimming pool. Although centrally located, we ended up hiring a car to get around the resort, as the walk up the hill was a killer! Everything you could need in the apartment and very clean. The a/c was really efficient. Lovely apartment, highly recommended. ”

“Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. ”

“The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. There was no cleaning during our stay and no brush or cleaning products were provided and the floor became sandy after……
