“A great place to stay in Bocagrande.. probably the brst on the strip there. Great Beach access but the walking vendors on the Beach are aggressive and constant.. the women walking around trying to give massage are especially annoying too.”

“The property unexpectedly canceled my reservation due to overbooking. Then blamed it on Expedia which caused confusion. Trying to sort the whole ordeal out took between 2.5-3 hours. And on vacation that’s a lifetime. Be weary when booking. ”

“Before arrival we tried contacting the property to request an early check in. After an international flight you expect hotels to accommodate their guests as much as possible. Upon arrival we had to wait hours before they let us in. We knew the apartment was already clean and empty and other guests told us they made them wait until 3 as well although their rooms were ready and empty. Super bad administrative staff! Kiddos to the security guard and other staff who were very nice and patient with……

“We loved Jaime's apartment -- quiet, 24-hour doorman, located in the ideal location in the old city. Museums, walks along the ancient wall and the best restaurants are only minutes away by foot (and some of our faves only a half-block away!). Jaime was extremely responsive and helpful with excellent recommendations, including an amazing day trip to the aviary and a gorgeous place to have lunch at the beach nearby.
