“Had a great time at the house! We were in town for the Bourbon trail and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. ”

“As we turned into the neighborhood, we knew we would enjoy our stay. Every property in the neighborhood was spacious with beautifully manicured lawns. The exterior of this rental was pleasing to the eye. The driveway was down-sloped with plenty of room for our oversized rental suv to pull into. We retrieved the key and opened one of the three garage doors. We were grateful that the suv fit into the bay with plenty of room for the back hatch to fully open and keep us out of the rain. We entered……

“We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town. ”

“Amazing time away from reality. Such a beautiful quiet little spot. Gravel drive is rough but to be expected on a working farm. Our favorite part was feeding and loving on splash and precious (horses). Highly highly recommend this little getaway. ”

“Recently returned from a week's stay: 2 couples, 1 single, and the younger couple's kids (6mo, 9, 12, 15yo) - extended family. The layout of the house was perfect for us, with all BRs & 2 of the full BAs on upper floor, a roomy, well-lit, & sensibly designed (& well-equipped!) kitchen that easily enabled 2 or more of us to be working on meal prep @ same time without tripping over each other, and plenty of dining areas - the main table was large enough to fit us all, so we kept a jigsaw puzzle……
