“The property was in my opinion not clean. The first night I woke up with a cockroach crawling on me. Every day I had bugs on my clothes from this property. The check in process was terrible. They messaged earlier in the day to ask ETA of my arrival. I gave them the time and still I did not receive my access to the rental for a while longer. ”

“It was a place to lay our head for the night. Mostly clean. The room door had been kicked in at some point (not during our 1 night stay) and the door only had 1 lock left that was very loosely attached to the door. But the room was a nice big size and it was a quiet stay. It was also a cheap room price. ”

“Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she……

“I felt very comfortable at this cottage. My wife and I enjoyed the kitchen and walk in closet. Laundry on site! There were dishes and pots and pans. A microwave and full size oven and refrigerator. It was very clean and it suited our needs perfectly!”
