While the setting and rooms are fantastic, there are a few areas where the service and guest experience could be refined to truly deliver on its five-star rating. • Complimentary airport transfers were a great and made arrival seamless. • Communication before arrival was easy, and our room was ready immediately — a spacious, top-floor suite in the centre of the resort……

“Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. Nice balconies! the front Desk should help travelers get Taxi's and speak enough English to make tourism……

“We were absolutely delighted with this amazing setting and the beautiful accommodation we were provided with. The spacious cottages are set in a spice plantation with gorgeous plants and trees, exotic birds, animals and insects. The owner Akosh, and his staff, were so helpful and informative and there was delicious vegetarian food served at every meal. We especially loved the natural swimming pool which was a very tranquil place. ”

“Our stay was very good for the price and the place was perfect for a family and for young people. Had a lot of games including foosball and table tennis etc. Sejal extended our check out time and was very helpful. ”

“Started off negative as there were checkin issues, just left waiting and then given the wrong room. But manager Siddhartha sorted and we had a lovely time again. The pool is currently being redone but only kids side is closed. Highly recommended. ”

“Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English.”

“We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives……
