Check-in was 4:00, they wouldn't let anyone check-in early at all, not even two minutes. Instead they let a long line develop, and everyone had to wait from little kids to seniors in wheelchairs. Went to get food at their only restaurant open late, was the 5th person in line, waited 28 minutes as they took their red card members first. Got to the register and they informed me it was cold items only after 10:00 because on Wednesday's they clean the stoves. Didn't mention it anywhere, didn't tell us as we were waiting it line. The lady whom did inform the people in line and was very unapologetic, rather annoyed that we were upset. Obviously was there well before 10:00 if we weren't treated like second class customers. Put in my order, checked on it a few times, requested an answer after 35 minutes and they realized they forgot my order. I ate off property the next night.
