The hotel itself was fine. The problem was that I was confirmed for a roll-in shower handicapped room, and they refused to provide it for me, saying that there was only one of those rooms in the hotel and that it was occupied. Well yeah! It was confirmed to be occupied by ME, but they basically lied to me on my reservation. I will ask for a chargeback to Expedia/La Quinta on the credit card that I used. I believe that I am entitled to a full refund.
