Everything is good except improvements ror parking experience. Parking outside the hotel entrance is not easy and if you rent a car the car can be easily scratched when parking. Would be better if just put down the luggage and ask the hotel to help u park in their valet parking at the back of hotel. Apart from this, the room is clean and quiet, the beds are super comfy, shower is ok with hot water, and we were assigned to a room with big balcony!

Di contro poca attenzione alle condizioni della camera per essere un 5 stelle: coprimaterasso strappato e tenda impossibile da oscurare completamente perché parzialmente fuori dai binari. Wonderful place to stay. The hotel is right in front of the Arab league Park and close to some of the places we wanted to visit. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well decorated and clean. The view form the balconies is wonderful. The staff was very helpful and most of them spoke english or spanish. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The place need refreshing outdated decide Definitely wouldn’t give 5 stars Breakfast poor selection when the dish was out it took them 25 min to replenish the dish When it come to the food all dirt of pancakes where cold don’t have any warming plate Definitely not what you expect from 5 * Coffee machine did not properly no coffee cups and rude staff when asked for staff I was told the food is coming and the girl was drying dishes When ask for staff front desk said we are sending some one no one shoe up I asked for laundry bags at the front desk because the phone in the room wasn’t working she told me she is sending to the room no one came Over priced for what you get not recommending this place there are 4 stars hotels for half a price better the this. I know that the reviews posted are very good apparently this people never stayed in five stars hotel or I’m to picky

The service was not timely at all. They apologized initially for not setting up the sofa bed and said they would come up to take care of it but never did. I called the reception twice to ask for a blanket and no blankets were given at all. We ended up having to use the bathrobe as an extra blanket. This is unacceptable.

A beautiful hotel with great rooms and within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, the Hassan II mosque, the marina, Rick’s Cafe, and the Notre Dame Catholic Church. The staff was top notch and very friendly. They were ready to help with whatever was required.

This was a great location and walkable to the Medina. Loved the staff, they were super friendly, accommodating and helped us whenever they could. I also loved we booked a suite so my uncle could have the bed and I could have the couch. I recommend asking about the airport transfer.
