“The house was clean and I felt very safe staying there. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals so we didn’t need to eat out. The water pressure in the shower was great, plenty of hot water too. Location was perfect, within a mile of Mayo Clinic and an easy walk. Minimal noise from the unit upstairs. Owners were easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“This apartment was perfect for my visit to Zumbrota to attend the ZHS Class of 1970 reunion. The space is clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Towels and bedding are high quality. I appreciated the whimsical and interesting art, including the vintage pleated velveteen throw pillows. Well done! “Very good communication with the owner, it is in a great location. Really close to the Mayo and Apache mall with many dining options. Had many extra accommodations like we ordered take out Chinese food and forgot to grab soy sauce, and it was there. I would recommend this to anyone”

“The property was easy to find and super clean! The space was perfect for my husband and I, along with our dog. The fenced yard was perfect for him. Loved the decor inside the house and the bed was super comfy. We didn't do much inside the house but it was well stocked. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we loved how close the house was to a lot of stores, restaurants, parks, etc. ”
