“Heerlijk ruim appartement! Schuifdeuren open en je stapt zo het fantastische zwembad in, er waren altijd genoeg ligbedjes. In het appartement mis je niks, het is ook erg schoon. Supermarkt en fijne bakker om de hoek. In een half uurtje loop je naar de oude stad, een uber kan ook en is heel goedkoop. Vlakbij aan de kust zijn ook hele fijne restaurants (5 min lopen). Fijne contact met eigenaar! Sintra en Lissabon makkelijk te bereiken op tal van manieren. Fietsverhuur in het gebouw.”

Patricia was a very welcoming and friendly host who communicated well and could not have been more helpful. Being a top floor penthouse, it is private and quiet. “The property was perfect. Vicky met us, explained where everything was and left us to it. Very comfortable beds, plenty of cooking utensils, lots of room - and beautifully furnished. The pool was lovely with different depth levels and there were different sitting areas in the garden, some shaded - plus a BBQ area at the side. Only 10 minutes walk down the hill into town. “Very spacious home that’s close enough to the beach to walk (the way back would be all up hill), but you’re better off takin an Uber for $2-3 Euros each way. The home is immaculately maintained and has everything you could need to include English TV channels. Only downside and it’s small is, the shower is great, but it’s hard to keep the water inside because the shower pressure causes the shower head to rise up spraying water out.
