“We stayed here with three families (total 5 kids and 5 adults) recently and it was sensational. The property is everything you see in the pictures plus more. It is spacious and well proportioned and the grounds, pool and outdoor dining are incredible. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and all their recommendations were excellent. We would definitely recommend this property!”

“Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub dort sehr genossen, das Haus ist ist sehr schön und hat viel Charme. Zu viert in dem Haus muss man sich aber schon mögen, der Platz wird dann etwas eng, für zwei ist es optimal. Wunderschönes Areal rund ums Haus, für die Anfahrt sollte man jedoch kein Fahranfänger sein. Massimo, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Wer Ruhe, einen tollen Ausblick und Privatsphäre sucht, wird hier fündig.”

“Wenn man das Haus erst mal gefunden hat, ist es herrlich in idyllischer Ruhe und Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dank Übersetzer App konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Unser Hund hat auch gleich einen Kumpel gefunden um zu toben auf dem riesigen Grundstück und Olivenhain. Wir würden jeden Zeit wieder kommen.”

“We had a wonderful week with our family. Giovanni is a very friendly and helpful host. The house is surrounded by so much beautiful nature. Having breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view over the Tuscan hills is like paradise. Still on walking distance you can find a bakery for a morning coffee, a pizzeria and other shops and it is only 10 minutes driving to Lucca center. The garden is enormous with endless possibilities both sun and shadow. If it gets too hot the swimming pool helps you……

“Eine ruhige Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieterin, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Unternehmungen wie Spaziergänge in direkter Umgebung sind, gerade für ältere Menschen, nicht möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, man benötigt immer ein Fahrzeug.”

“We have stayed in numerous locations throughout Europe, but this has been our favorite stay so far. The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice quality & variety to it. This somewhat remote (12 mins from Rosignano Solvay-Castiglioncello) is quiet, well-maintained and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. There is a guest laundry on the……

“My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa.……

“L’Ulivo is a spacious and very comfortable home. We loved all the balconies to enjoy the view from. Emmanuel was very kind and helpful during our stay. It was a good base to explore Lucca, Florence, and Pisa. ”
