“I was in Verbania for three days with my daughter during her rhythmic gymnastics competition.
This was a quiet and very well functioning place to stay while our short visit and stresful schedule with a long 14h day at the sports hall.
The staff was extremely kind and kept good contact with us. The room was spacious and over all very clean. Only the bathroom cabinet was dusty but other than that everything was spotless and a huge plus for very well funtioning AC. The bathroom was also spacious……

“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. “The photos cannot do this property justice, it's just beautiful. The town location and the lakeside terrace are fantastic and the extended grapevine-covered balcony from the master bedroom is very special. We spent hours playing in the lake- apparently the cleanest in Europe.Francesca was extremely nice, super-helpful and fast to reply- she really went over and above what you'd expect from a host”

“This is a classic Italian villa with beautiful grounds and scenic views of the lake and mountains. The garden is beautifully kept and we enjoyed using the pool but sadly couldn’t make the most of the grounds due to the poor weather. Dennis the house keeper was incredible and always on hand to answer any questions we had. We did not have a car so we used the local transport - the bus stop and train station is less than a 5 min walk away. There are many towns and villages to explore close by,……

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
