“A very beautiful, relaxing location. The cottage was fully equipped and so well stocked with everything we could imagine or ever need on a stay. Loved the view from the covered deck of the water and the local animal life {rabbits, squirrels and several species of birds including a couple of raptors.”

It had all of the necessary amenities and the information booklet with all instructions for our stay was great. We had excellent weather for late September and explored lots of places in the island. “This was a magical place to stay. It’s in a quiet and peaceful rural area with amazing sea views but tourist attractions and necessities are within 15 minutes drive. The house is extremely clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you could need for a vacation. The owners were kind and helpful. The cliffs and beach alone were worth the trip. We loved sitting on the rocks watching the seals swim by and the fishing boats head in and out of the port. We can’t wait to visit again!”

“What a find - 10/10! Our family of four (kids 17&19) stayed four nights at the end of August 20204. This beautiful farmhouse has an interesting history which is provided in a write up hanging on the wall. The house has been updated over the years to provide modern conveniences, yet it retains the charm and heritage of the original home. It is very well cared for - clean, comfortable and everything functions as it should. The property is amazing, with a mix of trees and grassy meadow which……

“From the moment we saw the cottage on VRBO we fell in love with it and if we could we would have stayed all summer. The cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need, from an outside grill to an ice maker and air fryer. The view was spectacular and the area provided quiet and scenic country roads suitable for walking. The hosts were approachable, friendly and accommodating. Loved our experience and hope to return on a regular basis.”
