“It was really clean and easy to check in. They have Valet parking out front and breakfast (expensive €26 per person). The rooms were clean, the bathroom was spacious and lovely with jack and jill sinks, the shower had a waterfall showerhead as well as a hand held shower head. Location was great for Cannes, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the main beach strip with restaurants, 15-20 minute walk to central area with shopping and restaurants.”

“I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views. **Pros:** - Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs. - Clean, well-equipped room. **Cons:** - Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room. - Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night. - While the hotel staff kindly provided me with earplugs to……

“Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. The staff on site were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the main sites and train station for Monaco—all an easy walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, a rare find indeed. ”
