Always like Staying here when I ship through Casper beds are comfortable rooms Always smell good and never feel uncomfortable there . Can say though there’s a lot of “activity” in the back Parking lot where my room was located by door E. Which I wasn’t too comfortable with due to transactions being done right at the entry door and also ppl Sitting out there all night in their cars after watching me load my car up night before I drive an expensive car so that kinda makes me a target for break in situation and they were definitely back there doing things I won’t say on here . But in all Nobody was disrespectful or loud or anything of that nature but definitely sketchy vibe on that end of The parking lot

Para ser sinceros y específicos el trato fue un poco agradable hasta que llegó una recepcionista mayor de edad con un tono de voz pedante. Las instalaciones fueron buenas pero al rededor hay mucho ruido para descansar. El personal de limpieza va a las 8 AM a tocar las puertas y en ocasiones es molesto y llegas tarde al hotel y descansar hasta tarde.

Smoke alarm hanging from wall - shower rod falling off wall. No place for pets to take care of their business - all parking lot. WiFi was out, no TV service. And when I tried to cancel a future reservation, front desk argued with me about it. Plus at check in I confirmed price and was charged more at checkout. They said it was a pet fee which I know hotels have, but on sign in I confirmed final price and it included pet fee. So I was charged the pet fee twice. They wouldn’t refund it.

I arrived for a late checkin for my stay and was greeted by a very nice young lady who was working the evening shift. She in formed me the WiFi was out for the entire facility. I had zero issue with the lack of WiFi. That night I had only one issue. The security lights kept going in and off right outside my room. No big deal just a minor issue. The next morning I cane into the front desk area to get breakfast and coffee. I saw that the food area had very limited food and stock. So went to just get coffee. I grabbed a cup and the 3 women working I assume, all three said “we are out of coffee”. I jokingly said “no WiFi and no coffee”. The manager behind the counter started yelling in from of several other people as well as the other two women working saying “SIR SIR SIR, the whole building was without WiFi. Basically chastised me over my comment I made. I was so embarrassed I said forget it I’ll just go get food and coffee somewhere else. In my opinion a manager should never confront a patron in front of other people like that. She should have said “ sir I’m sorry we are out of coffee I’ll get some made for you”. Very poor customer service. I will never stay at a days inn again.

It is right by a railroad. The highway right in front of the hotel is under construction, which makes it a very noisy area. Also, the beds are very worn out and extremely uncomfortable. The only thing going for this place is the staff that work there.
