“I arrived around 6pm to check in for a 4 night stay. Process was fast and clerk was very friendly. I was told my room number but when I walked in I found the room uncleaned from previous visitors. I walked back to the front desk explained what the room look like and the clerk apologized. Said she thought it had been done but would put me in a new room.
