“The house was clean, but had not been updated in years and it was dangerous. The stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms was a spiral staircase, the railing only ran to the first turn and the stairs were extremely narrow. I couldn't safely make it up the stairs (I'm 72 and have arthritis in my knees), so I had to sleep in the living room. If I had any intention to shower, the bathtub/shower stall was over one foot high and would have been very difficult to step into. Finally, there is a bleached out,……
