“距離火車站實在太遠啦～我地拖住個行李箱,仲要行埋好多難地,差D驚個行李箱爛呀…起碼行咗差唔多大半個鐘先到,(已經無行錯路)去到準時無一點都無人係到幫您Check in, 但旅館小姐都好親切,仲會介紹附近食市和折扣,間房雖然都唔算大(包埋廚房)不過都算整齊!”

“Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience”

“On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. ”

“Our stay in this Stresa apartment was delightful. Gabriella greeted us personally, and was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet, relatively remote location (uphill away from the city center), and also access to a beautiful trail to the town that kept us from having to walk on the narrow, curvy roads. We couldn't get enough of the view from the sitting room and wraparound deck. Of the three rentals we had on our trip, this was our favorite.”

“Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“).”

“We took a bus from Nesso to Torno and had difficulty finding the property. Then, because we were late for check-in, we had to wait another several hours, which was very bothersome . But once we got to the beautiful property, everything was great, especially the nice balcony with views of the lake and mountains. Especially pleasurable were the park-like setting and walks including a relatively short walk into the charming little town of Torno and its market, bars and restaurants. ”

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
