“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Genau wie beschrieben und dich viel besser.Der Empfang durch unseren Hausherrn war sehr herzlich und er hat uns bis in Detail alles erklärt und gezeigt , Empfehlungen für Restaurants und die Umgebung gemacht.Sogar in zwei Weingütern ist er mit uns gewesen und hat auch während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps per WhatsApp geschickt , nie aufdringlich.Unsere Hund waren auch sehr willkommen und haben den ausbruchsicheren Garten sehr genossen. “Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati……

“Virkelig lækker plads - lidt mere luksus end det normale ved garda. Indtjekning kunne muligvis være gået hurtigere med mere end en bag disken - men meget serviceminded personale alle steder på pladsen og også i receptionen. “Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far.
