“雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. It was located on a busier street, but still comfortable, and we appreciated how close it was to great restaurants and shopping without feeling overwhelming. “We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. ”

The location was perfect—close to major attractions, as well as metro and train stations, which made getting around the city so easy. “Overall good and comfortable stay for a family of 3. Air conditioned room. A bit noisy sometimes from the street. One suggestion I do have is to add some plates, bowls and pots in the kitchen. The small kitchen and stove is there but there is nothing to use. At least plates and fork and knife would have been nice. ”

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
