“This villa was really comfortable for our family. It does need a little updating but the view alone is worth it. The outside is magnificent with a huge pool overlooking the gorgeous water and all of Cefalu. The owner Giovanni was always on call if you needed anything and was very accommodating. My only suggestion is that when you rent a car that it be a smaller one due to the winding curves and smaller alleys to get up to the villa. We were originally going to rent a big van for the……

“We were an adult family group of n Sicily for the first time and Villa Consiglio was the perfect place to explore from. The Villa, pool and its many terraces enjoy views towards Palermo and Cefalu which could be easily reached by car or train. The villa was quiet and away from the centre but just a few minutes to the town by car. The owners went to great lengths to welcome us and Carlo was always available to deal with any questions, to guide us to the villa and run us to the train station.……

BUT be aware the steps up to the apartment with luggage will absolutely test your fitness !! Firstly there are about 20 steps to the apartment……
