“When we arrived we could not enter. The bell was not heard. We did not got from VRBO a telephone number of the owner. After an half hour we found the number on old box lying on the ground and we could enter and we could phone the owner. The heating was off, the TV does not work, the WIFI was very bad. So Much sorry, sorry that we named the owner als Mr. Sorry.”

“Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem super Garten und schattiger Terasse! Jedes Fenster hat ein Insektenschutzrollo, so das man super lüften kann und nicht gestochen wird. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum kochen braucht.Viele gute Pfannen,Töpfe und viel Geschirr. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher und eine sehr gute Waschmaschine.Die Matratzen sind super, selten so gut geschlafen im Urlaub! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder……

“Mooi oud landhuis met een groot appartement. Wij werden ontvangen door Poldo, de eigenaar. Hij spreekt goed Engels, kan veel vertellen over de regio. Hij staat klaar als je hem nodig hebt. De Wifi Laat te wensen over, die is niet heel goed. De olijfolie die hij ons gaf van zijn eigen veld daarentegen die is fantastisch. De buurt is rustig en erg mooi en onze zoon kon vrij spelen in en rond het huis. De vele fruitbomen (granaatappel, kiwi, kaki, olijf en natuurlijk druiven) dragen goed bij aan……

“Es waren sehr schöne Tage. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns super und die Gastgeber sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Menschen. Es waren erholsame Tage.”

“Goede en charmante uitvalsbasis, maar enige renovatie is nodig (douchedeuren, keukenblad, afzuigkap etc). Geen wifi in het huisje is niet prettig met puberkinderen. We zijn de lucht van - de aanwezige - kippen niet gewend; dat ruik je overal. Het was ons onvoldoende duidelijk dat het huisje bovenop de tennisbaan staat. De hosts zijn wel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.”

“Very nice apart-hotel with 24/24h check in. Clean and comfortable, newly refurbished, a/c, great breakfast at the Carlton Hotel. Street parking available right in front of the door on the „piazza”. Super friendly and helpful staff! ”

“Staying at Corte Stellata was wonderful. Emanuela, Gabrielle and Sophia were welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean and restful. It’s close proximity to Ferrara made it easy to see the historical highlights there, while it’s location in a rural village lent an authentic feel to our visit. Walking on the rural roads and dike along the Po was safe and easy. A lovely retreat!”

“Our family had a lovely holiday staying here over the summer. The facilities were perfect, we loved the outdoor space and BBQ and Emmanuela, the host, was really helpful in offering suggestions for things to do and places to visit. Highly recommend!”
