BEACHSIDE VILLA: Apartment with terrace - Relaxing Getaway

The apartment of 45 square meters with large terrace level; composed of kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cabin. A place to spend your vacation in full relax !! Bright and comfortable, it is located on the first floor of Villa Anna, a private summer residence located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, the Zona Lago, immersed in the greenery of olive groves and orchards 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the National Park of Cilento, 3.2 km from the center of Santa Maria and at the foot of a hill on which Castellabate stands, one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Italy, proclaimed by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
It was here that in 1811 the King of Naples Gioacchino Murat, in the presence of so much beauty, pronounced the phrase "Here one does not die". In 2009, in the alleys of Castellabate, and the sea of Santa Maria and San Marco, scenes of the famous Italian film "Benvenuti al Sud" were filmed.
Santa Maria is bathed by a marvelous marine protected area that goes from Punta del Tresino to Punta Licosa, a paradise also for diving enthusiasts.

The apartment, ideal for couples, friends and families has:
a large terrace level, where you can spend relaxing moments enjoying sunset aperitifs, dinners and good wine:

a modern kitchen that leads directly to the terrace, to cook tasty dinners to enjoy outdoors with friends or family.
The kitchen is complete with utensils, dishwasher and oven.

a modern bedroom, furnished with a very comfortable large double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables complete with lighting and a mirror. The room has a window that leads to the terrace.

the smaller bedroom furnished with a very comfortable queen size sofa bed (150x200 cm), a wardrobe with drawers and a small table for objects. Comfortable for both an adult couple and two children.

Living room is furnished with a space-saving table, a comfortable sofa and a TV system

A large bathroom with window, equipped with all the accessories, with large shower cabin (80x105 cm)

A recent technology washing machine, exclusively for guests,
located in a covered area outside the house on the ground floor of the Villa.

Free parking inside the Villa, guests will have 2 parking spaces available.

To access the apartment you need to climb stairs.

Guests will be given access to an outdoor shower at the apartment (with hot water) located on the ground floor of the Villa for common use with the owners. The shower can be used freely at any time.

Sea lovers: they can do water sports, diving and rent boats to spend days at sea in the waters of the Punta Licosa reserve and the nearby bay of Ogliastro Marina.

To visit Castellabate, its Marine hamlets and the nearby villages of the Cilento National Park we recommend the use of cars or motorcycles.

Very nice apartment with a huge terrace and near to the beach and local infrastructure (Pizzeria, Supermarket), althogh a car is recommended to reach more attractions. Weather in October was warm as the water of the Mediterranian Sea. Ciro is a very friendly host and always ready to help or to give advice. Thank you, Ciro! We really would Like to come back sometimes.

Lovely country views near to beach

We had a great stay in this property everything you could possibly need .the apartment was spotless throughout. The area does have mosquitoes but Ciro provided lots of anti mosquito equipment . The views of the countryside from the enormous terrace were amazing . Ciro was an excellent host and even sorted out a parking ticket problem we had. The washing machine was a boon as we didn’t have to bring any dirty washing home. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach which had lots of sun loungers and were exceptionally clean no cigarette ends to be seen. It does cost 20 euros a day but it is worth it . A couple of bars and a fabulous pizza restaurant five minutes walk away . You would need a car to go to the lovey town of Santa Maria for more restaurants etc . We loved our stay however the only thing that would make it perfect would be air conditioning in the bedrooms. The fans are not adequate when it is really hot and humid.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Von unserem Gastgeber Ciro wurden wir sehr nett und unkompliziert empfangen und auch schon vor der Reise hat er all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Ciro war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich sofort um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und dekoriert und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einbauküche lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Aussicht vom Bett auf Castellabate ist unschlagbar. Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Esstisch + Loungeecke und man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Aussicht über Olivenhaine auf Castellabate ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Ortsrand, genau was wir wollten. Der herrliche, lange Sandstrand, ein kleiner Laden für den täglichen Bedarf, sowie eine gute Pizzeria ( La Zagara ) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es waren perfekte Ferien, wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Grazie Ciro, speriamo di rivederci presto.

Erholsamer Kurzaufenthalt

Mein Mann und ich hatte eine sehr entspannte und erholsame Woche in diesem sehr schönen Appartement mit traumhaft schönen Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer und der ebenso traumhaften Terrasse.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgetattet. Sogar Essi,Öl, Waschmittel....! Einfach super! Um uns herum Olivenbäume und Ruhe. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Unser Check in war total unkompliziert. Ciro ein sehr herzlicher und entspannter Gastgeber, der immer mit Hilfe und vielen Tipps vom Restaurants, Stränden und andereren Sehenswürdigkeiten zur Stelle war. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Grazie mille

Tolle Terrasse

Wir haben die schoene grosse Terrasse zum Fruehstueck und zum Tagesausklang genossen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass ab ca. 9 Uhr das Fruehstuecken im Schatten schwer faellt. Das Appartment ist wirklich mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet und stellt auch saemtliche Verbrauchsgueter zur Verfuegung, die man sonst oft erst in viel zu grossen Abpackungen einkaufen muss. Ciro ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Als oeffentlichen Strandabschnitt empfehlen wir den ganz noerdlichen Teil des Ortsstrandes. Als Restaurants empfehlen wir "La Fattoria" und "La Giovanna".

Breve ma intensa a Villa Anna

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento per una settimana con due adolescenti (quattro ospiti). Ci siamo ritemprati dal caldo cittadino. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che può servire per un confortevole soggiorno(cucina attrezzatissima, asciugamani, lenzuola, sapone e carta igienica)la zona è tranquilla e si dorme serenamente. Il terrazzo è molto ampio con una zona pranzo e una relax con delle poltroncine molto comode. Bellissime le ceramiche che arredano la casa. La descrizione dell'appartamento rispecchia perfettamente. Siamo stati proprio bene!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in quattro (due adulti e due bambini) e siamo stati proprio bene. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort (lavastoviglie, phon, ventilatori, parcheggio interno, etc...) molto pulita e in posizione tranquilla, ma vicina alla spiaggia, che è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Abbiamo poi particolarmente apprezzato la splendida grande terrazza dove abbiamo trascorso gran parte del tempo. Un grazie speciale a Ciro per la sua disponibilità e presenza sempre discreta. Il Cilento è una terra bellissima tutta da scoprire e questo appartamento è un'ottima soluzione per vivere giorni di relax al mare e per esplorare questo territorio.

Traumhaftes Apartment in wunderschöner Umgebung!

Wir waren zwei Wochen, mit unserer kleinen Tochter in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung! Der Check in war herzlich und sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe, gemütlich und mit allem was man benötigt eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer morgens war einmalig! Man blickt ins grüne auf Berge, Olivenbäume und das castello. Unbeschreiblich schön! Das Highlight ist aber die riesige Terrasse. Sehr schön eingerichtet und man findet immer genügend Schatten und sonnige Plätzchen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in da Lago Santa Maria. Von dort kann man viel unternehmen. Benötigt allerdings ein Auto. Vom Apartment sind ein Supermarkt in dem man fast alles bekommt und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Sandstrand läuft man ca 10min. Der Strand ist auch gut für Kleinkinder geeignet. Wirklich perfekt zum baden. Ciro war ein sehr hilfsbereiter und sympathischer Gastgeber! Durften sogar die köstlichen Zucchini aus seinem Garten kosten! Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren! L'accoglienza di Ciro e Diego è stata perfetta per gentilezza, disponibilità, simpatia e cordialità. La casa è completamente aderente alla descrizione, il terrazzo e grande e ben strutturato, il mare si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. Siamo stati veramente bene, purtroppo solo per quindici giorni!!

Wunderschöne und komfortable Wohnung in Strandnähe mit traumhafter Terrasse

Wir haben einen fast 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub in dieser wirklich wunderschönen Wohnung mit unseren beiden Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre) verbracht. Das Highlight ist die riesige teils sonnige, teils schattige Terrasse mit Esstisch und Sitzecke mit wirklich viel Platz und einer tollen Aussicht auf Castellabate. Hier weht auch bei sehr warmen Temperaturen immer ein kleines erfrischendes Lüftchen. Drum herum ist es sehr grün. Wir haben die Räume der Wohnung nur zum Schlafen und Kochen genutzt und uns sonst ausschliesslich auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. Die Wohnung selbst ist aber auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, extrem sauber und alles wirkt neu und gut durchdacht, selten hatten wir in einer Ferienwohnung eine so gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, aus fast allen Zimmern führen große Türen auf die Terrasse. Mit den Fensterläden lässt es sich gut lüften und trotzdem abdunkeln. Nicht zuletzt hat die Gastfreundschaft von Ciro, der bei Fragen und kleineren Problemen immer hilfreich war und uns sogar mit leckerem Gemüse aus seinem Garten versorgt hat, zu dem tollen Aufenthalt beigetragen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen netten kleinen Platz mit kleiner Kirche, leckerer Pizzeria und einem kleinen Café sowie eine Ecke weiter einen kleinen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf - und natürlich den schönen Strand. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können, können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Grazie mille per la vostra ospitalità, Ciro!

Great place

The apartment is really nice and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Everything was clean and the whole apartment was decorated nicely. The best thing is the great and big terrace with a beautiful view. The beach is in 5 min walking distance. Our host could always help with a good advice and the communication was easy.

Appartement mit optimalem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben als Familie (vier Personen) eine Woche Urlaub in Santa Maria di Castellabate verbracht und haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Appartement war ausreichend groß für uns vier und zweckmäßig mit ansprechenden Möbeln eingerichtet. Es wirkte frisch renoviert. Die Küche war gut mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet und hatte einen Geschirrspüler. Das Highlight war die riesige Terrasse mit Blick über den Ort und die Landschaft. Super war die Außendusche. Diese konnte zusätzlich zur Dusche im Bad benutzt werden. Das war nach dem Strandbesuch äußerst praktisch. Eine Waschmaschine stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Der Strand und ein kleiner Supermarkt waren in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbreit und hat uns viele gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely fabulous apartmant

This apartment was an excellent find. Its in beautiful location nice quiet street great place to relax. The accommodation is very well equipped and the terrace is stunning. The local shops and beech which is lovely sand and very clear water is only 300m away. The owner of the property is nearby and if you ever want any help he is super helpful. Big thumbs up for this place just hope it doesn't get to popular.

ein schönes Feriendomizil

Für zehn Tage waren wir Gäste in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in Santa Maria di Castellabate. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen sie gerne weiter. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig und gepflegt, und auch die Lage haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden: ruhig und umgeben von Natur sowie nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Mit dem Auto kann man ohne Probleme Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung machen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein guter Standort für einen Ferienaufenthalt im westlichen Cilento mit seiner schönen Natur und Kultur.

Perfetta!

Siamo stati ospiti dal 14 al 24 luglio. La casa, corrispondente in tutto alla descrizione,è davvero nuovissima, curata nei minimi particolari e dotata di ogni comfort. La grandissima terrazza rimane comunque il valore aggiunto dell’appartamento. Vi abbiamo trascorso molte piacevolissime e freschissime serate. La casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, ad un passo dalla bellissima spiaggia della zona Lago di Santa Maria e con ristoranti, supermercati, bar ed edicole vicini. Facilmente raggiungibile lo splendido parco archeologico di Paestum ed il Borgo di Castellabate. Ringrazio ancora Diego e Ciro per la loro ospitalità, disponibilità e gentilezza. Insomma….consigliatissima!!!
