The kitchen is not a working kitchen and many repairs need to be done. However, the area is restful and there are wonderful restaurants nearby.”

“Im August 2024 haben wir für 2 Wochen in der Casa Lautone unsere Ferien verbracht. Unser großzügiges Appartement war im 3. Stock, welches über einige Treppen (insgesamt 56 Stufen) zu erreichen ist. Außerdem im Erdgeschoss ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine weitere Küche. Draußen gibt es zwei Bereiche mit Tischen und Stühlen. Dazu einen großen Aufstell-Pool. Im 1. “Maison dans un cadre extraordinaire, sur un côteau, avec vue, de la terrasse, sur les oliviers, les vignes, la vallée et le côteau suivant. Panorama dont il est impossible de se lasser, avec couchers de soleil en prime. Pas de voisins immédiats. Belle et grande piscine. Les enfants ont adoré également jouer au ping-pong dans le pavillon en face de la propriété. Pour le tennis, beau terrain mais il faisait trop chaud… Maison confortable, spacieuse. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”
