“We had a great stay, was a little hesitant on arrival as we were driving away from the beach (as expected) and through what would be considered more industrial surroundings. Once past we arrived at the blissful Montepepe. A very peaceful boutique wine farm. Not sure how many can stay at hotel but at any given time there were about 4 or 5 tables at breakfast. “Das Haus auf einem Berg mit Blick auf Lucca und die umliegenden Berge - einfach toll. Die Straße dorthin ist ein bischen Abenteuer, teilweise eng und steil, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. “Property is beautiful. Lots of space and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and outside space was amazing. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end of a day out. Only slight negative is the access which others have mentioned but for the views and solitude it is necessary I guess!
