“Great stay ”

“Plusieurs adresses du logement sont répertoriées (commentaires, abritel, hôte...) donc difficile de s'y retrouver, tout comme la position de la piscine. De plus amples informations de la part de l'hôte seraient nécessaires avant l'arrivée. Malgré tout, endroit très paisible et magnifique. Règlement clair et écrit pour les occupants à l'intérieur du logement. Équipement et logement pouvant convenir à 5 personnes voir 6. Un petit bémol sur certains équipements qui mériteraient d'être réparés……

“We had a really lovely stay at this villa. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, which was great for us as there was a storm when we were there that meant we didn't spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked, however when we did get there it was really nice to be on. There are some lovely towns nearby. The local shop had everything we wanted and the closest cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and reasonably priced. Highlight for us was a wine……

“Tolles Ferienhaus mit schönen Pool.Der Ausblick ist super, die Lage ruhig, etwas dezentral aber zum Abschslten genau richtig. Der Eigentümer Franco ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.Am Haus mangelt es an nichts, gut ausgestattet. Gerne jederzeit wieder.”

“Nice Appartment with big balcony and plenty of space for 2 persons . Sea view .In 6 minutes walk to Spiaggia .Near Castelsardo town which is beautiful .Spiaggia San Pietro Mare ( valledoria) beautiful .but nu wind for kitesurfing these days .Contact with Simone very fine ”

“War alles gut”

“Uncomfortable apartment with arrogant host who absolutely does not care about their guests. Two bedrooms but one is connecting the other one with toilet and living room. The farthest bedroom has no airco so the door between bedrooms needs to stay open all the times, thus no privacy. Airco in living room does not work and host does not bother to fix it. Giving that kitchen hood does not have external connection it is impossible to cook during summer. Shower cabin door is missing one part and it……

“Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Costa Paradieso. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Das lässt die kleinen Mängel wie z. B. fehlende Polster für die Terrassenmöbel oder Ausstattung der Küche, in den Hintergrund rücken. Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand Li Cossi ist sehr schön und schon der Weg an der Küste entlang ist ein Traum.Wir hatten die Zeit sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.”

“Rapport qualité prix correct pour une location tout de même spartiate. On est en Italie du Sud. Quand on a déjà fait du camping on tolère à peu près ...la proximité avec les voisins de balcons sans cloison. Pour les autres ce sera plus contraignant. Les architectes n' ont sans doute pas pensé à l' intimité de certains appartements dont la fenêtre principale de la cuisine débouche sur la table de jardin des voisins. Elle restera donc close dans le pire des cas. Surtout quand des familles amies……
