“Ein wunderschönes Anwesen, in dem wir ein tolle Woche mit der Familie (7 Personen) verbracht haben. Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten um den Pool, im Garten und vor den Häusern bieten bei Bedarf Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Anwesen liegt ruhig und trotzdem sind in der Umgebung (zur Not auch fußläufig) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu finden. Im sogenannten Poolhaus ist die gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Außengrill steht auch zur Verfügung. Hier kann man gut die Fische von der Fischauktion……

“Boendet överträffade alla förväntningar, inomhus var det bättre än bilderna, den rymliga poolen hade vi helt till vårt eget förfogande, och orten Marinella överträffade också förväntningarna, desdutom fanns det massor av fina städer och utflyktsmål för den som har bil. Värdskapet var helt enastående, de hjälpte oss med allt vi önskade. Hade vi kunnat ge 6/5 i betyg hade vi gett det.”

“Crazy beautiful villa - especially the outside space which is just gorgeous. Mauro and Enzo are on hand to help with everything from booking a hire car to playing doctor (my daughter got stung by something!). The place is really well stocked with crockery/glasses etc too. Only negative is that the hotel next door plays loud (and awful) music all evening. Didn’t bother us, but if you want peace and quiet this would spoil it.”

“Everything about our stay was perfect. The warm welcome on our arrival, the condition of the house, pool and gardens and the location. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The villa is a fantastic place for a family/friends stay, lots of space, shade from the sun and all the facilities within 15 minutes drive. Cannot recommend it enough.”

“You will find that the host is wonderful and very accommodating. He takes great care in maintaining his property and the grounds. The garden surrounding the house are like an oasis. The property around the house had many seating areas wonderful for entertaining. Although you do need a car to get around, we would highly recommend this property.”

“It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. We’d absolutely come back and are already planning our trip! ”
