“Gemäß der Anzeige und den schönen Fotos im Netz hatten wir einen super Plan – „unser Ferienhaus“ in Umbrien - eine Woche Umbrien erkunden, eine Woche am Pool genießen und eine Woche arbeiten…tja, dieser Plan ist eklatant gescheitert. Es wird kein Ferienhaus vermietet sondern ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss in einem bewohnten Haus mit einer älteren Frau, die nur italienisch spricht samt Hund und mind. vier Katzen sowie ständigen Besuchern; wir waren nie alleine und es war ständig laut. “Fabrizio's place is just gorgeous. When we arrived, he gave us a detailed tour of the gardens and house, both of which are beautiful and have all conveniences. We enjoyed walking to the small and lovely town of Farnatella, and driving a few minutes to the gorgeous Lucignano. While he and his wife do live in the downstairs of the house, they have a separate entrance and were respectful of our privacy while we were there. I hope to return for a longer stay!”

“We received a text from Stefano a couple hours before our arrival with directions and letting us know we could arrive anytime. He met us at the house and did a very good job showing us the property and giving instructions on a few things. He also gave us dining and touring recommendations that all turned out to be great. The house is very old not in a bad way in a cool way. Everything worked and it was very clean. We were able to walk to a different restaurant 5 nights in a row and there……
