“Stayed here for five days recuperating from busy days in Rome. The garden was absolutely spectacular so quiet and quaint beautiful Italian love spending time in the comfortable chairs making home cooked dinner having wine visiting with Orchard cats as they cruise through the property. The host was unbelievably kind and generous loved the option of being able to purchase wine on the property without having to go into town. “Perfect location for day trips covering so many of the hilltop towns. Perfect accommodation for a group of 12 friends as each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.Perfect Villa for relaxing at home coffee every morning, lying by the pool and dinner watching the incredible sunsets.Perfect hosts. Denise takes care of everything while you are at the villa including cooking us a wonderful dinner. Mieke answered all our questions prior to our arrival very promptly. “Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der fantastische Pool und das eingezäunte Grundstück sorgen für viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! “My husband and I had a lovely stay for a week in this villa. The house and the location were perfect. Even better than we saw in the pictures. There is a large terrace in front of the house with shade and a perfect view (with sunsets) were we sat most of the day. The swimming pool was also great and you could always choose between sun or shade next to the pool. It was very quiet. “Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche dort. Ruhe, viel Natur und ein uriges, gemütliches,sehr sauberes Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir bekamen sehr viele gute Empfehlungen für Ausflűge und Restaurants. Der Kontakt war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert. Richtig klasse.Wir konnten Samstags betreits spontan um 8:30 Uhr ins Haus. Das war wunderbar. Auch vorab hatte der Vermieter eine genaue Wegbeschreibung……

“This villa was a wonderful home base for our family’s 6-day stay in Tuscany. The house is very well-maintained, offering a lovely mix of Tuscan charm with tasteful modern upgrades.
