“We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)”

“Fabrizio's place is just gorgeous. When we arrived, he gave us a detailed tour of the gardens and house, both of which are beautiful and have all conveniences. We enjoyed walking to the small and lovely town of Farnatella, and driving a few minutes to the gorgeous Lucignano. While he and his wife do live in the downstairs of the house, they have a separate entrance and were respectful of our privacy while we were there. I hope to return for a longer stay!”

“Gemäß der Anzeige und den schönen Fotos im Netz hatten wir einen super Plan – „unser Ferienhaus“ in Umbrien - eine Woche Umbrien erkunden, eine Woche am Pool genießen und eine Woche arbeiten…tja, dieser Plan ist eklatant gescheitert. Es wird kein Ferienhaus vermietet sondern ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss in einem bewohnten Haus mit einer älteren Frau, die nur italienisch spricht samt Hund und mind. vier Katzen sowie ständigen Besuchern; wir waren nie alleine und es war ständig laut. “Our two adult children who were studying abroad met us here with our younger two children. We had two nights in a 12 day stay in Italy. Of all our stops, this was by far our favorite. The house was like a story book. The garden was so lovely, we spent an afternoon eating and sharing a bottle of wine. We were here in November and the weather was very mild compared to Chicago winters. Most of the stores and restaurants were open with far less people. We weren’t really here to see anything, we were……

“We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect for a short 15 minute walk into Montisi. The countryside setting was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed being surrounded by beautiful nature, watching the deer every evening was delightful. We hope to return in the future. ”
