“It was a nice apartment, it had plenty of security. It was clean, fairly convenient. A microwave would have been a huge plus. Parking was a nightmare, I parked between the blue lines as instructed, I still got 2 parking tickets (56E) of course the garage would have been 25/night. So for 4 nights I guess I got off cheaper. But I still had to deal with 2 tickets that probably should have been 10e/ea.welcome to Italy.”

“We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa.
