“Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand……

“La casa è in una posizione fantastica e mette a disposizione un terrazzo molto bello e molto utile. C’è stato qualche inghippo ma poi tutto si è risolto. Anche grazie alla pronta comunicazione con il proprietario. Consiglierei di dotare l’appartamento di un ripetitore del segnale Wi-Fi poiché il segnale risulta un po’ troppo scarso e segnalerei per tutti altezza in certi punti un po’ troppo critica! Le testate non sono mancate.. Nel complesso soggiorno con esperienza positiva , parcheggio auto……

“Overall very good but the basics were minimal, there were was only 2 toilet rolls for our stay of over 3 weeks. There was no cleaning equipment for dishes. There was no washing machine powder. Basic essentials were missing, otherwise very happy.”

“Renaud accommodated our crazy schedule. He explained everything about the place to us. No detail overlooked. So clean. The location is convenient to a piazza but with that does come some noise. We would definitely recommend this place in Pescara. ”

“La maison est conforme à l’annonce avec piscine, sauna, billard et babyfoot de quoi passer de très bon moments. Rebecca, la propriétaire, est très prévenante et très sympathique, tout en étant discrète. L’équipement est correct, la literie aussi. Enfin le cadre est fantastique et la vue du jardin sur les montagnes est superbe. Surtout de l’espace repas aménagé avec un barbecue et une table en pierre somptueuse où l’on peut admirer le coucher de soleil à l’heure du dîner.”
