“Cottage was clean cosy and comfortable. It is about 15 mins drive to castle douglas. Owners live next door so easy to contact with minor issues. We were familiar with local area as visited frequently before.”

Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Communication with Pete was easy and although we had no issues we knew if there was a problem he would be available and it would rectified. We would love to come back stay again .”

“Not a luxury apartment, kitchen and living room are nice enough, bedroom is not that pleasant and bathroom was completely awful- shower barely worked, smelt of cigarette smoke, poor lighting, no shelves that could be used.”
