“Great location and set up for a family get together. Really set up well in terms of amenities. We didn’t need beach towels, chairs, sand toys, or umbrellas. Kitchen stocked better than most rentals we’ve stayed at in the past. Good assortment of pans and intentions for cooking. Christine the local manager is super responsive. ”

“This is a great property located right next to the pier in Surf City. Plenty of room for my entire group! The property does need a tiny bit of TLC but nothing that would make us not want to stay here in the future.”

“Our vacation was a good one at Seas the Day! Three families stayed here. Grandparents, grandkids, aunts, uncles and cousins and a dog. Now the stairs became friends and nemesis kitchen and living area on 3rd level. The walk to beach access nice, and for ice cream and coffee good too -remember stairs will work off that, so get an extra scoop! When we came across an issue with the cooling unit in the bedroom with the 3 twin beds host called HVAC guy and it was fixed within 24hrs. Host stayed in……

“It's a nice space, best for 2-3 people, maybe 4-5. Host alerted ahead of time about yellow jackets in the gravel at the front steps. There were also some in the outdoor shower. Not host's fault, and they said they intended to take care of it. Easy enough drive to the beach, and property is well-stocked and clean. ”
