“Kasa Southside Wilmington has the best apartments to stay in while on a long weekend getaway!! Plenty of room for everyone, tons of storage areas for clothes, shoes, food and drinks. Super clean and private. Anything you could ever want is within a 10-20 min drive depending on traffic”

“😀the property mgmt provided a great trip. communication and instructions were point by point understandable. lol. the suite itself was almost spotless. sharply made beds, shiny and functioning kitchen area (stocked with all the essentials), and clean bathroom with linens. There was a lot more than i realized as far as what was provided. for the technically "smart" challenged, they provided step by step instructions on how to use everything. side note: you could hear the people stomping around……

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean (probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in) and the perfect size for my family (2adults 11 yo). The walk from the house to the Boardwalk was much shorter/ easier than I expected. A quick shot on a flat road. And there is a public beach access right there at the Boardwalk, too. Brian and Jamie were easy to communicate with and made sure we were set up for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent.”
