“We had a lovely time at What a Boat Bob? We love the flexibility of having a bed in the living room and one in the back bedroom. The kitchen space is great and the view can't be beat. We did try to use the DVD player and could not get it to work with the instructions listed in the unit. But there were other viewing options available. Overall, it was a great trip.”

“The condo was nicely furnished and convenient to downtown Lincoln City. The ocean view from the living room windows was gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was not very clean. The dishwasher was smelly and moldy inside and the bathroom floors were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. “Loved the condo. Immediately notice the direct beach and ocean view when walking into the living room.The building sits next to the "D" river, which many beach-goers weren't crossing. So the south side beach had a scattering of people, the north side (that this condo is located on) was practically empty. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. Got out the next morning and found a hose buried under about a foot of sand and rinsed the windows off. The sand……
