“Such a cute and cozy cottage. Everything was clean and welcoming. It is located in a very peaceful setting, close to both Mayfield and Riffe lakes. Big back yard and great setting area on the patio. The host was very propmpt in getting back to me with any questions I had. We were there for what plans on being a yearly swim event and I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it.”

The home is situated right on a slough on the Columbia River and the views are superb. Hosts Steve and Betsy are welcoming, and provide everything one would want for a comfortable, memorable stay. “Great place to home base for adventures in Washington and Oregon. Right off the interstate, but yet tucked away for privacy with nature all around. Frequent visits from deer and rabbits. Huge washer and dryer; well stocked kitchen; high definition TV with superb recliners / sofas. Had our aging parents with us, so the drive up car port right by the door was so nice. Highly recommend!!”

Good directions, easy to check-in, clean, very private, and communication with Lorie was great. “We needed a large place to stay in order for our family to be together for my mother’s funeral. The house and condo were exactly as listed and pictured. At one time, we had 3 adults downstairs and 5 adults upstairs. We did most of our cooking and eating upstairs, so I hope we didn’t mix up the cookware too much! It was very comfortable for all - enough room to gather, or be separated. And the deer! We had a mother deer and her two youngsters visit every day, and even caught a glimpse of the……
