“This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, well-cared for property. We just completed a very relaxing month long stay at the property. Giuseppe and Patrizia were gracious and helpful hosts. There were several holidays during our stay and they gave us tips on what will be closed and open and to be sure to have reservations, etc. They could not have been more pleasant. The property is easily walkable to everything Santa Maria di Leuca has to offer. We could not have been more pleased. We highly……

“Fantastic location. Great swimming from the rocky shore as long as it is fairly calm. If rougher there is a good beach a very short drive away. Interior of property is getting a bit tired. Showers are basic and need some maintenance. The property is overpriced, reflecting the location rather than the property as a whole. We also had a problem with cats on the property that appear to have been fed by previous guests. This meant that we could not really eat outdoors nor leave doors or windows open……

“If you have ever had a thought about where you might be when the world is getting ever more complicated this might be it. Early morning swims, beautiful sunsets and restaurants near by when you don't want to cook. It's got everything you need. We loved it.Things I hope the host can improve on ( i would happily stay again though)5pm is late for a check in, The sofas are really beds with cushions on, and a note to all hosts, take a shower, cook a meal spend a night. You will soon know what works……
