“The house is absolutely beautiful, vaste, well organized, with intimacy for everyone (large rooms with bathrooms for each) and at the same time nice terrasse, garden and large swimming pool to be all together. Close to the coast and its beautiful coves, restaurants, boat tour, fantastic views...it's the perfect place to enjoy nice holidays with family and friends! We found life quite cheap compares to other similar places in the mediterranean coast.”

“Bien située tres ensoleillée l'acces à la mer est un peu difficile mais récompensé par la couleur de l'eau Quelques points negatifs : un seul chauffage pour toute la maison, on a eu du mauvais temps et c'etait un peu juste. Sinon pour l'ete c'est ideal.”

“Wir waren als Ehepaar mit unserem Hund in dem Haus! Nach einer perfekten Vorabbetreuung durch den Besitzer wurden wir durch seine Eltern Assunta und Antonio sehr herzlich empfangen. Die beiden waren immer für uns da und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch mehr verschönert. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und alles ist hochwertig! Der Pool ist immer sauber und hat eine tolle Größe. Das Haus selbst steht auf einem paradiesischen Grundstück mit einer Teichlandschaft und vielen Olven……

“La maison est basique mais suffisante pour des vacances en famille. La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite car pas pratique et vétuste. Peu d'équipements dans la cuisine, dommages...”

“Heureusement, la piscine était recouverte car fraîche au mois d’octobre. La mer a 10 mn de la maison, c’était très bien. Avons visité de nouveau certaine villes comme Lecce que nous avions déjà visitée. Très bon séjour avec soleil. À recommander car très propre.”

“Der riesige Garten mit BBQ war unser Highlight, morgens Zitronen und Mandarinen vom Baum pflücken, mittags an wunderschönen Sandstränden mit den Hunden laufen und Abends fantastisch Essengehen in der nahegelegenen Osteria - ein Februar-Urlaub ganz nach unserem Geschmack.Und das herzliche Willkommen von Valentina und Alessandro (der einen superlecker Wein produziert) hat unseren Aufenthalt an der Hacke Iraliens abgerundet. “Sara and her husband were so very nice and helpful the home was spotless they left us five large bottles of water a bag of cookies, coffee herb tea everything you could really need. The real joy though was sitting on the absolutely beautiful patio deck overlooking the water, the sunsets were stunning. We only stayed for four nights but wish it had have been more, thank you so very much for the great memories we will remember for ever Peter and Sarah your new Canadian friends ”

“This property is absolutely stunning. The pool is a dream. So large and the outdoors is beautifully decorated. Our communication with Rocco was great before and during our arrival and once on site. He and one of his friends helped get us a 3 hour boat tour along caves of Santa Maria De Leuca with Mari 2 Leuca. The villa is lovely and decorated in Italian style with what looked to be some classic beautiful furniture not modern. It makes the villa special. It was a little difficult to find at……
