“Check in was a bit of a disaster. I never received an email with the check in door code. The email I had the gate code was wrong. I called and texted the numbers I had and it took over an hour to have someone come and change the battery. Gary was great and I appreciate him coming to help. He also was able to provide us with the code needed for the gate and the door to the unit. “Loved the white bedding, blanket and coverlet that reminded me of Marriott/Bonvoy beds- both Master Queen bed and the Queen/Full bed (bottom bunk) were really comfortable! But the listing states it's a *non smoking* condo apartment, and the cigarette smell hit you like a brick wall when you walked in the room. We stayed the first night due to no availability elsewhere at 11:30 at night when we arrived, but we quickly booked a hotel for the next night. We didn't bring anything upstairs except our toothbrushes, chargers, and the clothes we were wearing.……
