“The property was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The front porch leading to a fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Fishing pier and beach were a block and a half away, and there's a dog park 4 blocks away as well. Very convenient location for dining out. although the kitchen desired.”

“This property was absolutely beautiful and stunning! I live in Wilmington already but my mom was in town to help me celebrate my birthday and we are beach lovers and I decided to rent this cottage and it fulfilled everything that was posted on VRBO. When we woke up, the beach was right across the street and when we wanted to explore it was just close enough to see great restaurants and shops. “We had a very short (2-night) stay. Place is cute, furniture was comfortable. 2 tiny bathrooms, to close door off main bedroom had to push down handle once door was pulled closed. Nice view of dunes and water, easy access to beach (not visible due to dunes). I have rented a lot of places. This place is quite small, so family or close friends would probably work. We could not find any wine glasses, but there was a coffee pot and filters. ”

“This property was perfect for a group of 4 for a quick weekend trip! Location is perfect to the pier, public beach access, restaurants and convenience store. The cottage was very clean upon arrival. The bathroom is a tight squeeze but was doable for a couple nights. Would stay here again! ”
