“First of all the staff and breakfast were amazing. The hiking trip organised by the hotel was awesome. The location is really good. The downsides there were lots of bugs in my room. I killed them all and i thought that was the end of it then on the last day upon checking out there was a huge cockroach on the floor, i presume their mother. The water pressure for the hot water didnt seem to exist at times and you had to run it for a while to make it work. ”

“I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and bright. It was lovely to wake up to the view. The staff were very kind and helpful. The ground floor cafe is a nice bonus. Close to lots of options for food, but not amongst it enough to be noisy.”

“The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need. ”

“We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Incredible views from our room & balcony. We even saw some wild goats. Nice walk to town and around the bend. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Great deal of major construction going on in town & in the waterfront in front of the hotel….but it was OK…..even interesting to watch. Enjoyed our morning breakfast every day. Beautiful location amongst the karsks.”

“Everything about our stay was perfect — from the warm welcome and kindness of the staff to the beautiful room decor and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall assistance provided by the team was truly above and beyond. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, with no extra charges — a big plus after a long journey! What really stood out was the exceptional quality of the staff. I wasn’t feeling well……

“Uncomfortable bed. Could feel metal wires & they did not give us any linen sheet to sleep with? We were given a thin polyester “quilt” that was not warm at all. I assume this was some type of mistake as the other reviews didn’t mention anything about bad beds. Room was clean, location is good and staff are nice, i just wished they had better sleeping arrangements for a hotel.”

“Comfortable hotel near Cat Ba town, with good views of the bay, and out of sight of the building work in town. We had a one night stay before a boat trip on Lan Ha and Halong Bays. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, effective Aircon, and comfortable bed, although slightly limited choice of nearby restaurants.”

“Great service, daily room cleaning with fresh towels. Staff are friendly and will help you with anything if asked. Breakfast lasts until 9am with good variety of goods. The area is currently under development, so you will see and hear the noice from the construction site. The facility itself is okey, rooms are clean but all in all it surely needs renovation. ”
