“Great accommodations, golf cart was a plus to get in and out of Avalon, nice kitchen set up, amazing view, nice balance between a rental unit and feeling like home, property owner communication made everything childproof. ”

“The property was perfect for our family. Very clean, quite, plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Everyone enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The cart was an extra bonus because it came with it’s on parking space in town so we didn’t have to worry about moving it. ”

“Beautiful view above Avalon Harbor in a quieter neighborhood but still close enough to walk to the action. Having a golf cart available at all times was great. We put it to good use exploring the town and surrounding environs ”

“The house was great for a group of four friends in town for the weekend. We slept comfortably:2 in one bed, one on the bottom of the bunk and another on the couch. There is no a/C, so air was a little stuffy when we first got in, but certainly cooled off at night when we cracked the windows so it wasn’t a huge deal. The house itself is a bit old but clean, stocked well with towelsand everything worked great and the location was very close to the main road and all activities.”

“Comfortable, clean, and accurate listing. Walkable from the ferry dock and most places in town. We named the golf cart “Rosita,” and had fun exploring the further points of interest. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“A great place to enjoy the ocean! The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious, and the check-in was really easy. Plus, it came with a golf cart that we used to get into town. The condo is just a bit outside of Avalon, which was actually nice because we were not always in the middle of the busy town. As other reviewers have noted, there is a walk up a few flights of stairs, but the view of the ocean is amazing. We hope to be back!”

“We had a very pleasant time at the hotel. The environment was very beautiful and clean. The golf carts made traveling convenient. The children had a great time in the swimming pool. There was also a beach and slides. I highly recommend it to everyone.”
