““GLAMPING” is the exact perfect word for this hotel! You are in the jungle. This is a few miles out of town on a dirt road, so it does take a bit of extra time and effort to get there. The “tents” are permanent structure on stilts. Maybe a bit more like a fancy hut! You can see the “bones” of the structure from inside, and it felt almost like being inside a huge whale’s rib cage! “Great friendly staff. Restaurant staff especially nice. Surprisingly good food and quite an amazing wine list for such a small hotel. Located about 15 minutes to the falls. Cab ride was about 25,000 peso and there was a cab outside ready to go. We paid the same amount from the airport too! We didn't use the pool as it was not that hot, but it was beautifully maintained ad welcoming. It's also close to town. although we never went there due to lack of time. Great find! ”
