Check in 的時候櫃檯搞錯房型，Check out的時候帳單金額也錯誤，本來櫃檯人員不願更改，還好自己有把訂房的email留下來仔細找出免費項目才免除費用。再來就是房間的整潔度實在有待加強，床單枕頭套都是髒的，第二天還出現蟑螂，冷氣也必須開很久房間才會涼，實在很不Ok！而早餐及晚餐，食物的種類選擇不多，擺放也擁擠，因此拿取食物的時候整個感覺好混亂，食物也不好吃。還好唯一覺得開心的是滑水道孩子很喜歡，不過這是必須額外付費的項目！

They charged me twice and were unable to refund me
"When I checked in, the hotel made me pay for my stay. Again. So, I double paid. They later sent me a long text taking ownership of the issue and were very apologetic.
